Job summary

Bigblue, a fast-growing logistics tech company, seeks a 6-month internship in Paris starting January or March. You will assist Solutions Engineers with technical integrations, help document configurations, and learn how ERPs and e-commerce platforms connect with our Atlas WMS network across Europe.

You should be pursuing a Bachelor or Master in engineering, be eager to learn, possess strong communication, and be fluent in English and French.

Paris | 6-month Internship (starting in January or March) | Fluent E-commerce is booming — but independent brands still struggle to match the seamless logistics of giants like Amazon. Role

• Assist in executing technical integration projects under the guidance of senior Solutions Engineers.
• Support customer integrations by implementing defined processes and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Help design and document technical solutions for customer setups and system configurations.
• Learn about common customer needs, ERPs, and e-commerce platforms to provide technical guidance.

Requirement

• Education - Bachelor or Master's degree from a top-tier engineering school (or equivalent)
• Eager to learn - You are excited to discover new technologies and understand how complex systems work
• Problem-solver - You have a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and enjoy tackling technical challenges
• Rigorous and detail-oriented - You have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex projects with precision and thoroughness
• Communicator - Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Technical curiosity - Logistics technology, and system integrations
• Languages - Fluent in English and French - written and oral. Spanish and German are a plus

Bonus

• Programming - Experience with software engineering, APIs, or development tools (Postman, JSON, REST APIs, etc.)
• Integration experience - Familiarity with connecting systems or tools (for example, e-commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce, or ERPs)
• Industry interest - A genuine interest in logistics, e-commerce, or the company’s ecosystem.
• Data Analysis - Ability to work with databases and SQL for basic data manipulation and analysis

Hiring Process

• 30-minute call to understand who you are, what you need, and answer any of your questions
• 45-mintue Deep Dive with the Hiring Manager to dig into your experience and give you an overview of the day to day
• Test interview to assess your technical skills, with short practical case studies (30 min preparation preceding a discussion)
