AG Solution is seeking a Pre-sales and Solution Architect to translate operational pain points into credible MES/data solutions, build robust business cases, and support sales through to post‑sale impact. You will design end-to-end solutions, map data flows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation across manufacturing domains.

You will lead discovery workshops, deliver demos, and ensure adoption on the shop floor, while keeping CFOs and plant managers aligned

Qualifications

• Comfortable in a commercial context: discovery conversations, business case building, proposal input.
• Own a business case end-to-end from first client conversation to defensible ROI.
• Understand MES data flows and analytics layer; capable of linking business needs to technical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Translate operational pain points into MES/data solution stories during client meetings.
• Quantify the value of tracking, OEE, scheduling, or quality improvements for plant managers and CFOs.
• Contribute to proposals, RFPs, and scoping documents with functional approach, timelines, and risk areas.
• Run discovery workshops to map current-state processes and surface the gap MES or a data platform closes.
• Prepare and deliver demos or proofs-of-concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Be the technical credibility in sales meetings by answering “how” questions.
• Design the solution with functional specifications, process mapping, data flows, and integration points with automation and ERP/LIMS.
• Support implementation with cross-functional AG Solution teams.
• Guide clients on digital transformation roadmaps and value delivered.
• Train end-users to drive adoption on the shop floor.
• Monitor KPIs to prove impact and refine the solution post go-live.
