Axis Communications is seeking a Solution Marketing Manager for the EMEA region. Based in Europe, you will lead demand generation campaigns across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, translating complex IT capabilities into clear market messaging and accelerating sales pipelines for business intelligence and operational efficiency solutions.

You will collaborate with regional teams, drive multi-channel go-to-market strategies, and act as the go-to marketing resource for the EMEA Business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably within tech, security, or advanced solution environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are beneficial.

Who is your future team?

You’ll join our EMEA Demand Generation team, reporting to Clara Lakhdari, Manager, Demand Generation – EMEA. Together with your closest colleagues, you will drive demand generation across Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA), taking ownership of strategic marketing campaigns and multi-channel go-to-market execution. You will work closely with the Business Development team in EMEA, as well as regional Sales & Marketing teams, to position Axis as a clear leader in Operational Efficiency, Business Intelligence, and solution acceleration areas.

You will be based in one of our EMEA offices—preferable in Luton/London (UK), Ismaning/Munich (Germany), or Paris (France).

What you'll do as a Solution Marketing Manager, EMEA?

• Strategic Campaign Development & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation campaigns targeting Operational Efficiency, Business Intelligence, and acceleration area personas in collaboration with Business Development and regional teams. Lead multi-channel marketing execution—integrating content development, events, conferences, and digital tactics to maximize market impact.
• Content & Messaging: Define compelling value propositions for IT and security decision-makers, translating complex technical capabilities into market-ready messaging that ensures our value proposition resonates strongly with modern IT buyers.
• Performance Measurement & Optimization: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize effectiveness, lead quality, and ROI. Continuously refine strategies based on data insights, market feedback, and evolving regional demands.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with regional marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and local relevance. Act as the go-to marketing resource for the EMEA Business Development Team, bridging product capabilities with market-facing strategies.

Who we're looking for:

We seek a high-initiative, customer-oriented marketing professional with a deep understanding of the IT and security market, particularly within business intelligence and operational efficiency solutions. You are a strategic thinker with a proven ability to understand IT stakeholders and translate complex technology into compelling value propositions, backed by strong organizational and presentation skills.

Key qualities include:

• Deep Market Insight: Comprehensive understanding of the IT/security market and business intelligence/operational efficiency solutions, with a proven ability to connect with IT personas and bridge product capabilities with market-facing strategies.
• Campaign & GTM Expertise: Extensive experience driving holistic marketing programs that span content, events, sales enablement, and digital tactics.
• Exceptional Communicator: Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels of stakeholders, including executive leadership and regional teams.
• Analytical & Results-Driven: Strong analytical mindset with proven experience measuring campaign effectiveness, lead quality, and optimizing for ROI.
• Collaborative & Proactive: A strong team player with a strategic, creative mindset, high self-initiative, and excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
