SYS.ONLINE is hiring a technical lead to drive pre-sales and post-sales efforts for our 2501 AI COMMAND INTERFACE platform. You will scope customer environments, design deployments, run POCs, and integrate with customer observability stacks.

Join a remote-first team of DevOps and SREs across the EU, own architecture decisions, and bridge product with field to win customer trust and deliver reliable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Strong infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE background.
• Customer-facing – able to architect, demo, and win technical trust.
• Bridge product and field to support successful deployments.

Responsabilités

• Be the technical lead across pre-sales and post-sales.
• Scope customer environments and design 2501 agent deployments that fit their infrastructure.
• Run POCs and pilots, and integrate with customer infra and observability stacks.
• Be the trusted technical advisor who bridges product and the field.
