Axelera AI is seeking a technically exceptional engineering leader to manage the AI Infrastructure Systems division. The role involves building a team, shaping technical roadmaps, and overseeing the delivery of server-class products for enterprise AI.

You will be responsible for strategic leadership, hands-on implementation, and engaging with key stakeholders including tier-1 partners. The ideal candidate needs 15+ years in hardware engineering with a strong emphasis on leadership and high-speed interfaces.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of shipping datacenter-class compute hardware into volume production.
• Deep expertise in high-speed interfaces and server memory.
• Experience with datacenter thermal and mechanical design.

Responsabilités

• Build the Infrastructure Systems engineering team from the ground up.
• Define the technical roadmap for server products.
• Own execution from concept through design reviews and mass production.
