Pelico is hiring a Senior DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to design the orchestration layer for our global SaaS and air-gapped enterprise environments. You will ensure effortless installation, management and scalable growth across diverse hosts and architectures.

You will lead deployment platforms, standardize CI/CD and observability, and collaborate with product, engineering and customer teams to fortify reliability and security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE or infrastructure roles in production.
• Strong experience with cloud and on-prem environments.
• Solid CI/CD, IaC, observability and deployment practices.
• Java development background and automation-first mindset.
• Comfort with on-call rotations and incident response.
• Open to AI-assisted workflows and tooling.

Responsabilités

• Build deployment platforms across Kubernetes, Docker, VM and air-gapped environments using Terraform, Helm and Ansible.
• Create a true one-click deployment experience for enterprise customers.
• Improve platform reliability and observability with monitoring and runbooks.
• Participate in production operations and on-call rotations.
• Elevate CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure practices for productivity and security.
• Support GovCloud, FedRAMP readiness and regulated deployments.
• Drive AI-powered infrastructure engineering and automation.
