Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Solar Project Manager to join our growing solar market team. This role focuses on managing scope, schedule, and budget, while acting as the primary client contact to build lasting relationships and drive repeat work. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of engineering or related consulting experience.

You will lead project plans, coordinate internal/external teams, and ensure project success through effective communication and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or project management related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in a project coordinator, project manager, or similar role.
• Professional licensure in a technical field, PMP, or related certification (or ability to obtain).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage stakeholder relationships (internal and external).
• Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Develop and implement project plans and schedules, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
• Oversee project work and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and contractual obligations.
• Track project health and take corrective action when necessary.
• Manage uncertainty and change, such as scope creep and change orders.
• Ensure timely invoicing and accounts receivable collection.
