R-2 Contractors is seeking an experienced Utility-Scale Solar Pile Installation Superintendent to lead field operations across active projects in the United States. Expect 100% travel to field sites, overseeing pile installation, safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in utility-scale solar or related heavy civil work, with 5+ years in leadership roles overseeing pile installation and crew performance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated 10+ years in utility-scale solar or heavy civil construction leadership.
• Proven ability to lead multiple crews with safety and productivity.
• Strong knowledge of pile driving, surveys, and QC processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead all field operations for utility-scale solar pile Installation projects.
• Plan manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and production schedules.
• Supervise foremen, operators, crew, and field teams ensuring safety and quality.
• Oversee pile layout verification, pile driving, sequencing, tolerances, and documentation.
