Mirakl Labs Financial Services in Paris invites a Software Engineer Intern to contribute to production frontend features, from UI implementation to user experience improvements, while collaborating on API design with backend engineers.

You will work with UX/UI designers, participate in agile rituals, and own your code in production, supported by a cross-functional team mentored by Wael Osmani, Software Engineer.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (M1 or M2) in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, and looking for a 6-month internship.
• First hands-on development experience through an internship, academic project, apprenticeship, or personal project.
• Solid understanding of frontend development and object-oriented programming principles.

The team is structured as a cross-functional Squad composed of a Senior Engineering Manager, a Product Manager, Software Engineers and a QA engineer. You'll be mentored by Wael Osmani, Software Engineer . You'll join a team that builds and ships the core product features powering some of the world's most ambitious marketplace platforms, with a particular focus on financial services capabilities. 2. Your Impact Contribute to the development and evolution of a production application, primarily on the frontend — from UI implementation to user experience improvements Support backend work by participating in API design and development, collaborating closely with the engineering team Work hand-in-hand with UX/UI designers to deliver features that are both technically solid and user-centric Take part in agile rituals — stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives — and contribute actively to the team's roadmap Monitor and take ownership of your contributions in production, following a you build it, you run it mindset 3.
