Spiecapag, a leader in onshore pipelines and energy transition, is seeking an experienced Socio-Economic Manager to lead the project's socio-economic development strategy abroad in a demanding, remote environment.

You will build relationships with local communities, manage social investment initiatives, monitor programmes, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and community benefits. Fluent English required; French is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Sciences, Economics or a related field.
• Proven experience in social investment, community development or socio-economic programmes.
• Good understanding of compliance, budgeting and financial principles.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Developing and implementing the project's socio-economic development strategy.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with local communities and key stakeholders.
• Supporting community development and social investment initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
• Managing stakeholder engagement activities and promoting positive community relations.
• Monitoring socio-economic programmes and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Managing budgets and resources related to community development initiatives.
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to support sustainable project delivery.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable project requirements and commitments related to socio-economic development.
• Providing regular reporting on socio-economic activities, programmes and performance.
• Identifying opportunities to strengthen community engagement and long-term project benefits.
