Vinci Group seeks an experienced Socio-Economic Manager (M/F) to drive social investment initiatives and community development for a major international project. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement and a hands-on, solution‑oriented mindset.

You will coordinate with diverse teams and communities in remote environments, ensuring compliance and delivering measurable social outcomes. Fluency in English is required; French is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Sciences, Economics or a related field.
• Experience in social investment, community development or socio-economic programmes.
• Strong budgeting and financial principles.

Responsabilités

• Developing and implementing the project's socio-economic development strategy.
• Building and maintaining relationships with local communities and key stakeholders.
• Managing budgets and resources related to community development initiatives.
• Monitoring socio-economic programmes and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Providing regular reporting on socio-economic activities and performance.
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to support sustainable project delivery.
