La Société vinciconstructionsi recherche un(e) Socio-Economic Manager expérimenté(e) pour soutenir la livraison d’un grand projet international dans un environnement exigeant et à distance.

Vous développerez et mettrez en œuvre la stratégie socio‑économique du projet, gérerez les relations avec les communautés locales, les parties prenantes et les investissements sociaux tout au long du cycle.

Qualifications

• Diplôme en sciences sociales, économie ou domaine connexe.
• Expérience avérée en investissement social, développement communautaire ou programmes socio-économiques.
• Anglais courant; le français serait un atout.

Responsabilités

• Développer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de développement socio-économique du projet.
• Établir et entretenir des relations avec les communautés locales et les parties prenantes.
• Soutenir les initiatives de développement communautaire et d’investissement social tout au long du cycle du projet.
• Gérer les activités d’engagement des parties prenantes et favoriser de bonnes relations communautaires.
• Suivre les programmes socio-économiques et assurer l’alignement avec les objectifs du projet.
• Gérer les budgets et les ressources liés au développement communautaire.
• Coordonner avec les parties prenantes internes et externes pour assurer la livraison durable du projet.
• Veiller au respect des exigences contractuelles et des engagements liés au développement socio-économique.
• Fournir des rapports réguliers sur les activités socio-économiques et les performances.
• Identifier les opportunités pour renforcer l’engagement communautaire et les bénéfices à long terme.

To support the successful delivery of a major international project in a challenging environment, we are looking for an experienced Socio-Economic Manager (M/F).

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the project's socio-economic development strategy, fostering sustainable relationships with local communities and ensuring that social investment initiatives support both community development objectives and project requirements.

This position will be based abroad in a demanding and remote environment, with regular interaction with local communities, project teams and key stakeholders.

Reporting to the Project Director, your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing the project's socio-economic development strategy.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with local communities and key stakeholders.
• Supporting community development and social investment initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
• Managing stakeholder engagement activities and promoting positive community relations.
• Monitoring socio-economic programmes and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Managing budgets and resources related to community development initiatives.
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to support sustainable project delivery.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable project requirements and commitments related to socio-economic development.
• Providing regular reporting on socio-economic activities, programmes and performance.
• Identifying opportunities to strengthen community engagement and long-term project benefits.

Profil

• Degree in Social Sciences, Economics or a related field.
• Proven experience in social investment, community development or socio-economic programmes.
• Good understanding of compliance, benefits management, budgeting and financial principles.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience working in remote and challenging project environments.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Hands-on, solution-oriented and adaptable mindset.
• Client-focused with a proactive approach.
• Fluent English required. French would be an advantage.
