Vinci Group is seeking an experienced Socio-Economic Manager (M/F) to lead social investment and community development for a major international project. Based in a remote environment, you will design and implement the socio-economic strategy in collaboration with local communities and stakeholders.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will manage budgets, monitor programmes, ensure compliance with project commitments, and provide regular reporting on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in social sciences, economics or related field.
• Proven experience in social investment or socio-economic programmes.
• Strong budgeting and financial principles understanding.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in remote, challenging environments.
• Fluent English; French would be an advantage.
