Vinci Group seeks an experienced Socio-Economic Manager to lead the socio-economic development strategy for a major international project. Based in a remote environment, you will engage with local communities, project teams, and stakeholders to align social investment with project needs.

Your role includes budgeting, reporting, and ensuring compliance while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across borders. English fluency is essential; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Sciences, Economics or a related field.
• Proven experience in social investment, community development or socio-economic programmes.
• Good understanding of compliance, budgeting and financial principles.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience working in remote and challenging project environments.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Hands-on, solution-oriented and adaptable mindset.
• Client-focused with a proactive approach.
• Fluent English required. French a plus.
