Job summary

SeaOwl Group seeks a Site Technical Manager/Preparation Manager to own on-site technical readiness, ensuring works are ready to build with design frozen, materials verified and HSE requirements in place.

You will arbitrate between disciplines, drive field changes, and lead a multidisciplinary team on an international project site, interfacing with licensors, vendors and the construction crew.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in mechanical, process, civil or industrial fields.
• 12–15 years in EPC industrial construction with site prep/methods management.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams on international sites.
• Proven track record on grassroot process plants through mechanical completion.

Responsibilities

• Own site technical authority and interface with home-office engineering.
• Manage work packaging, constructability reviews and look-ahead readiness.
• Control field change requests, assess impacts and schedule accordingly.
• Review documentation from subcontractors, welding procedures and as-builts.
• Ensure compliance with international codes and jurisdictional permits.
