The role requires 10+ years in construction and project management within energy sectors, strong leadership, and stakeholder collaboration skills. Based in France, on-site duties, with emphasis on HSSE and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive construction management and project management experience in energy or related industries.
• Proven leadership and track record delivering complex construction projects.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement unified site strategy across projects in alignment with governance.
• Coordinate cross-project site administration, processes and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with project functions to optimize design changes and construction efficiency.
• Monitor program budget, control costs and manage risks.
• Identify hazards and implement mitigation in line with HSSE requirements.
• Prepare progress reports for governance committees and stakeholders.
• Foster safety, quality and continuous improvement throughout the program lifecycle.
