• Proficiency in Excel and cost/control activities; experience in claims management.

Aufgaben

• Manage contractual and commercial aspects of construction subcontracts across modules (piping, steel, equipment).
• Implement site subcontract management procedures and track changes.
• Prepare weekly meetings, monitor progress, and approve payments.
• Monitor costs and track quantities, ensure data reliability.
• Support tendering, bid evaluation, and package awards not yet contracted.
