Swan is seeking a Core Infrastructure Engineer in Paris to ensure reliability, scalability and security of our financial platforms. You will own well-scoped services, respond to incidents, automate tasks, and collaborate with engineering, product and security teams.

The role emphasizes on-call readiness, system design for reliability, and building observability through dashboards and automation in a hybrid Paris-based setup.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience supporting production services and on-call rotations.
• Familiar with logs, metrics, dashboards, alerting, and distributed tracing.

Responsabilités

• Act as primary responder for production incidents and participate in on-call rotation.
• Investigate incidents using logs, metrics, dashboards, and tracing; document updates for stakeholders.
• Contribute to postmortems, runbooks, and preventive measures to reduce incident recurrence.
• Create and maintain dashboards, alerts, and basic SLIs/SLOs for services.
• Participate in system design reviews focused on reliability and production readiness.
• Implement reliability improvements like health checks, retries with backoff, and circuit breakers.
