Amazon is seeking a Site Process Expert to join the EU Process Excellence (EUSC PE) team. The role is field onsite at a Sortation Centre and requires adapting to local shift needs while driving process stabilization and continuous improvement across the EU SC network.

You will collaborate with Core Process Experts, Change Managers and site leadership to deploy initiatives, build networking, and ensure timely execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• English and local language (CEFR C1).
• Experience in Amazon Operations as Area Manager or similar.

Responsabilités

• Lead the SC improvement program with the regional leadership.
• Analyze performance data and develop data-driven improvement plans.
• Coordinate with Process Improvement Experts, CM, and regional SPEs to reduce variation.
• Travel as needed within area of responsibility (0-10%).
