Sandoz in Toulouse seeks a Site Performance Transformation & Operational Excellence Lead to drive cross-functional transformation and continuous improvement. You will champion Lean, Six Sigma, and change management to accelerate maturity and deliver measurable value across manufacturing, quality, and supply chains.

Lead the deployment of the Site Performance System, TOM, and VSM initiatives while ensuring GMP readiness and long-term competitiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Formal training in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Project Management, or Change Management methodologies.
Fluent English with strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

Lead deployment of Toulouse Operational Excellence and Performance Transformation roadmap to support GMP readiness and long-term site competitiveness.
Design and implement Target Operating Model with clear governance and accountability across functions.
Deploy and sustain SQDCP performance management at all organizational levels.
Drive implementation of visual management, tiered meetings, escalation processes, problem-solving methodologies, and performance review routines.
Lead Value Stream Management initiatives across Manufacturing, Quality Control, Warehouse, MS&T, Engineering, and supporting functions.
Identify and execute productivity improvement opportunities delivering sustainable year-on-year efficiency gains.
Support rapid performance recovery initiatives including deviation backlog reduction and inspection readiness.
