Evotec in Toulouse is seeking a Site Performance Transformation & Operational Excellence Lead to drive continuous improvement, implement the Toulouse Target Operating Model, and embed Lean Six Sigma across functions.

You will lead the deployment of performance management systems, foster a culture of disciplined execution, and partner with leadership to deliver measurable productivity gains while ensuring GMP readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (Black Belt preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English required; French is a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead Toulouse Operational Excellence and Performance Transformation roadmap deployment to support GMP readiness and long-term site competitiveness.
• Design and implement the Target Operating Model (TOM) with clear governance and performance routines.
• Deploy and sustain SQDCP performance management across all levels.
• Drive Value Stream Management across Manufacturing, Quality Control, Warehouse and Engineering.
• Identify and execute productivity improvements delivering annual 5–10% efficiency gains.
• Ensure continuous improvement culture is embedded in daily management.
