You will work with plant leadership, supporting organizational change, talent development, and strengthening company culture while maintaining a visible presence with managers and shop-floor teams.

You will lead social dialogue and a demanding employee relations agenda across CSE, CSEC, CSSCT, NAO and collective bargaining agreements in an international industrial

Qualifications

• Significant industrial HR experience.
• Strong French labour relations expertise.
• Automotive supplier experience appreciated.
• Fluent English required.
