NES Fircroft is seeking a Site Construction Supervisor / Site Representative to oversee on-site construction and contractor activities at ALFI sites in Fos-sur-Mer, France. This short-term assignment will focus on safety, quality and technical compliance across multiple industrial facilities.

You will supervise daily site activities, enforce HSE policies, coordinate with subcontractors, prepare reports and assist in project close-out documentation.

Site Construction Supervisor / Site Representative Location: ALFI sites, Fos-sur-Mer, France (Audience, Tonkin and Figenal facilities) Contract Duration: 1-3 months

Role Overview Responsible for supervising onsite construction and contractor activities across multiple industrial sites, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and technical compliance throughout all project phases.

• Supervise construction and installation activities at ALFI sites in Fos-sur-Mer.
• Promote and enforce a zero-incident safety culture, ensuring compliance with HSE policies, site safety procedures, and permit-to-work requirements.
• Verify compliance with engineering standards, construction codes, industry regulations, and company technical requirements.
• Support project preparation activities, including site inspections, contractor coordination, scope reviews, prevention plans, and work authorizations.
• Monitor daily contractor activities and maintain accurate site progress and activity reports.
• Maintain a daily site diary and track work progress.
• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to resolve technical and execution issues.
• Participate in project close-out activities, including inspections, punch lists, and final acceptance of works.
• Prepare work acceptance certificates (with or without reservations).
• Review, validate, and compile As-Built documentation and final completion dossiers (DOE) in accordance with company standards.
• Prepare a final project completion report.

• Proven experience in construction supervision or site management within industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of HSE requirements, construction standards, and contractor management.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors in active industrial environments.
• Ability to prepare site reports, acceptance documentation, and project close-out dossiers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
