NES Fircroft is seeking a Site Supervisor in Hauts-de-France to take charge of project files, coordinate interventions, and ensure safety and quality standards on site. You will lead kick-off meetings, manage schedules, and validate work procedures across multiple companies.

The role focuses on daily site reporting, interface coordination, and ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining strict HSE practices and risk analyses.

Responsabilités

• Take charge of the project file.
• Identify the interventions to be carried out on site.
• Analyse the work schedule and the scheduling of tasks.
• Ensuring the reception of Companies.
• Lead site kick-off meetings with the various companies.
• Control/validate the work procedures proposed by the companies, establishment of work permits, prevention plans and risk analyses.
• Signing of work permits as the clients works manager
• Supervise / Coordinate the interventions of the various companies present on the site, manage the staff present daily (number, qualifications, etc.)
• Participate in the coordination of interfaces with the site (fluid cuts, safety actions, etc.) under the authority of the client
• Lead weekly site meetings.
• Draw up the minutes of site meetings.
• Monitor the company's implementation of the means necessary to achieve the objective deadlines. Ensure deadlines are met, order and reschedule certain work recommend corrective actions in the event of deviation from schedules.
• Establish a monthly progress report with each company that will be used basic invoicing, track additional work, reservations, and dispute resolution.
• Ensuring the quality of services.
• Apply and participate in the application of quality and safety procedures.
• Ensure the management of site flows with consideration of co-activity, and in accordance with the factory production, verify the compliance of handling procedures and associated certificates, detect and correct any errors observed.
• Report non-conformities.
• Ensure your own safety and that of those around you.
• Report dangerous and risky situations.
• Participate in the acceptance of work and monitor the lifting of reservations.
• Participate in the counting of the work.

Roles and Responsibility

Ensure and take all measures to ensure compliance with the following rules:

• Daily cleaning of the site by the companies involved,
• Selective sorting system for waste (scrap metal, wood, plastics, chemicals, etc.) by intervener companies, respect for storage areas ensure and take all measures to ask the Intervening Companies at the end of their services:

• To dismantle and evacuate their site facilities, to clean the spaces thus freed up, to evacuate any surplus supplies to reassemble the studies with the execution of the work.

Objectives and deliverables

• Daily reporting of site activities to the project manager/site (operations),
• daily hourly clocking of the EEs,
• HSE assessment of the various activities related to the project,
