Airswift is seeking a senior site supervisor for an LNG facility in France. The role focuses on civil, structural and architectural supervision with emphasis on concrete repair, underground piping and brownfield execution.

The candidate will lead on-site activities, coordinate with contractors, HSE and quality teams, ensure compliance with Eurocodes and French regulations, and drive safe, timely delivery in a live plant environment.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and control concrete repair works with inspection and verification.
• Oversee structural concrete and steel structure repair activities to specifications.
• Supervise excavation works with safety compliance and control.
• Monitor piling activities for correct installation.
• Supervise underground piping installation including alignment and testing.
• Coordinate daily with contractors, construction management, HSE, quality teams.
• Monitor progress, report productivity, and support schedule achievement.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and French standards.
• Manage permits and site authorization processes.
• Participate in inspections, punch-list, and final acceptance.

Description du poste

This opportunity is focused on senior-level civil, structural and architectural site supervision within an operating LNG facility. The role is suited to candidates with strong industrial construction expertise, particularly in concrete repair, underground piping installation and brownfield project execution, where safe delivery, quality compliance and contractor coordination are critical to project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and control concrete repair works, including inspection of repair methods, application of repair mortars and resins, quality verification and monitoring of installed quantities.
• Oversee structural concrete and steel structure repair activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Supervise excavation works, including safety compliance, excavation stability and execution control within an operating industrial facility.
• Monitor piling activities to ensure correct installation and compliance with engineering requirements.
• Provide close supervision of underground piping installation works, including alignment, levelling, protection, testing and preservation of existing facilities.
• Coordinate daily with contractors, construction management, HSE, quality teams and other discipline supervisors.
• Monitor construction progress, report productivity and work status, and support schedule achievement.
• Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements and French regulatory standards.
• Manage and follow up work permits and site authorisation processes.
• Participate in inspections, punch-list activities, quality surveillance and final acceptance processes.

Required Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience supervising civil construction works in industrial projects.
• Proven experience supervising concrete repair works.
• Proven experience supervising piling activities.
• Proven experience supervising underground piping installation.
• Experience working in brownfield environments close to existing operating facilities.

Required Skills

• Strong civil construction field supervision capability within an operating industrial facility.
• Good understanding of French construction regulations, including Eurocodes and related civil standards.
• Strong commitment to HSE and quality management.
• Ability to manage contractors and coordinate with multidisciplinary site teams.
• Native or bilingual French language capability.

Preferred Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience in LNG, Oil & Gas, petrochemical, energy or other heavy industrial facilities.
