NES Fircroft is seeking a Gas / Chemistry Technical Coordinator to support gas and chemical installation projects near Lyon. The role involves coordinating technical activities, managing subcontractors and overseeing commissioning and start‑up tests for utilities such as ACS and N2S.

You will coordinate all stakeholders to the schedule, report technical and quality issues, perform start‑up tests, prepare test reports and risk assessments, and contribute to commissioning of gas and chemical

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating technical activities with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to report technical and quality issues clearly.
• Experience commissioning utilities and startup tests.

Responsabilités

• Coordinating all stakeholders / subcontractors according to the schedule established by the project manager
• Reporting any technical / quality issues encountered to the project manager
• Commissioning the installation utilities (ACS, N2S, etc.)
• Carrying out all start-up tests for the Gas / Chemical installations: functional tests, supervision feedback tests, leak-tightness tests, etc.
• Preparing the associated test reports
• Preparing risk assessments / checklists for their activities and presenting them to the client

Gas / Chemistry Technical Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Gas / Chemistry Technical Coordinator to support gas and chemical installation projects at a site near to Lyon. This role involves coordinating technical activities, managing subcontractors, and overseeing commissioning and start-up tests for utilities such as ACS and N2S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating all stakeholders / subcontractors according to the schedule established by the project manager
• Reporting any technical / quality issues encountered to the project manager
• Commissioning the installation utilities (ACS, N2S, etc.)
• Carrying out all start-up tests for the Gas / Chemical installations: functional tests, supervision feedback tests, leak-tightness tests, etc.
• Preparing the associated test reports
• Preparing risk assessments / checklists for their activities and presenting them to the client

Training / mentoring will be provided by experts in the field.

Objectives and Deliverables

• Commissioning / start-up of the Gas and Chemical installations, according to the schedule established with the client and provided by the project manager.
• Regular reporting to the project manager.
• Test reports.
• Risk assessments and checklists.
