NES Fircroft is seeking a Project Engineer (Technical Coordination) to support the Lead Project Engineer in coordinating technical activities across disciplines at 4 Quai de Bercy, Charenton-le-Pont. The role requires fluent French and English and a strong focus on documentation, risk assessments, and adherence to project management plans.

Key responsibilities include coordinating activities with suppliers, reviewing contract requirements, and contributing to cost, schedule, quality and safety

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering project execution and coordination.
• Knowledge of process design deliverables and project management.
• Fluent French and English.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and suppliers.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate technical activities across engineering disciplines and suppliers.
• Support project design activities, including PFDs, P&IDs, and documentation.
• Review contract requirements, standards and regulations.
• Contribute to cost, schedule, quality, and safety optimization.
• Participate in risk management activities (HAZOP, FMEA).
• Manage and review project documentation and As-Built records.
• Support resolution of technical issues throughout the lifecycle.
• Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement.

Project Engineer (Technical Coordination) Location: 4 Quai de Bercy, 94220 Charenton-le-Pont, France

Languages Required: French and English (professional working proficiency)

Role Overview Support the Lead Project Engineer in the technical coordination and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring compliance with contractual, quality, safety, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical activities across engineering disciplines and suppliers.
• Support project design activities, including PFDs, P&IDs, and technical documentation.
• Review technical contract requirements, standards, and regulations.
• Contribute to project execution while optimizing cost, schedule, quality, and safety.
• Participate in risk management activities, including HAZOP, FMEA, and other risk assessments.
• Manage and review project documentation, including As-Built records and technical dossiers.
• Support the resolution of technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to lessons learned, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Experience in engineering project execution and technical coordination.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and equipment suppliers.
• Knowledge of engineering documentation, process design deliverables, and project management principles.
• Familiarity with risk assessment and quality management processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent French and English required.

Deliverables

• Preparation and review of technical documentation in accordance with the Project Management Plan.
• Monthly updates to project task allocation and progress tracking documentation.
