We are looking for a Services Account Representative with an immediate start date, as a permanent contract.
You will be based in Paris (La Défense), France.
• Lead customer relationships from a service perspective through a structured communication approach;
• Organising maintenance and other services;
• Lead understanding of customer needs through proactive and continuous customer diagnosis and analysis;
• Lead the creation of service account plans in collaboration with a Key Account Team.
• Lead implementation and follow-up in alignment with the customer and KAM team;
• Lead the creation of quality plans and participate in implementation and follow-up of targets per Key Account inline with customer and KAM-team;
• Lead opportunity management, cross-selling and up-selling and fact-based value proposal, negotiate and close deals;
• Lead growth of profitable service contracts;
• Participate in follow-up value delivered, customer satisfaction and profitability on service business;
• Participate in the resolution of technical issues by being responsible for communications with the customer;
• Work cross-functionally to secure Business Growth and customer satisfaction.
• Minimum 3-5 years of customer-facing experience in a technical field
• Technical background (preferably in B2B business)
• Strong customer orientation and business acumen
• Strong productivity focus
• Proven record of process implementation, discipline and organizational agility
• Strong continuous improvement focus
• University Bachelor in technical/business disciplines or equivalent (2 years degree minimum)
• French and English business fluent, Dutch would be a great plus
• SAP, MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
