SEIDOR in Strasbourg is seeking a ServiceNow Expert – HAM & SAM to configure, maintain and optimize ServiceNow HAM and SAM functionalities, and to support asset lifecycle management. You will manage asset records, licenses and entitlements, ensure CMDB alignment, reconcile software licences and support ServiceNow upgrades and integrations while gathering requirements for improvements.

Strong hands-on ServiceNow experience and excellent English are essential as you join a team that values

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• HAM (Hardware Asset Management) experience.
• SAM (Software Asset Management) experience.
• IT Asset Management (ITAM) experience.
• Good knowledge of CMDB and Configuration Management.
• Experience with asset lifecycle processes (hardware & software).
• Experience with software licence management, entitlements and reconciliation.
• Experience working in large or complex IT environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Very good command of English.
