Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics based in Rungis, France, seeks a Service Project Manager to oversee revision, modification and retrofit projects for automated warehouse systems in the food and retail sector.

You will work with a diverse, international team and interact with customers, suppliers and internal functions to deliver projects on time, within budget and with high HSE standards. Prior experience in warehouse automation or related services is a plus.

Qualifications

• Technical background in engineering, automation, PLC/controls, commissioning or maintenance.
• Interest in project coordination or early experience in projects.
• Comfort communicating with customers in operational environments.
• Structured, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset.
• Motivation to learn, grow and take responsibility over time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service projects that keep customer logistics systems safe, reliable and future‑ready.

• Help prepare, monitor and update project plans covering scope, timeline, cost and risks.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, installation, commissioning, IT, suppliers).

• Ensure Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards are respected at all customer sites.

As a Service Project Manager based in Rungis, France, you will help deliver revision, modification and retrofit projects for automated warehouse systems in the food and retail sector.

This role is ideal for someone with a technical background and customer‑facing experience who wants to grow into project management within an international, supportive team working with advanced automation technology.
