Toyota Automated Logistics in Rungis, France, is seeking a Service Project Manager to steer revision, modification and retrofit projects for automated warehouse systems, collaborating with customers and internal teams in an international, supportive environment.

You bring a technical background in engineering or automation and hands‑on project experience; you will grow into full project management while ensuring safety, quality and on‑time delivery across global customers.

Qualifications

• Technical background in engineering, automation, PLC/controls, commissioning or maintenance.
• Interest in coordinating projects or early project experience.
• Comfort working in operational environments and communicating with customers.
• Structured, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset.
• Motivation to learn, grow and take responsibility over time.
• Experience in warehouse automation, material handling or industrial services is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate service projects to keep customer systems safe, reliable and future-ready.
• Act as a key contact for customers, internal teams and partners.
• Support project execution from sales handover through service take-over.
• Help prepare, monitor and update project plans covering scope, timeline, cost and risks.
• Collaborate with engineering, installation, commissioning, IT and suppliers.
• Identify technical or operational risks early and propose practical solutions.
• Ensure Health, Safety & Environment standards at all customer sites.
