Jobtailor seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee maintenance and performance of complex industrial systems. You will coordinate external subcontractors, shape maintenance strategies, and quote projects while ensuring service quality and KPI targets.

You will lead customer support engineers, communicate effectively in English and French, and drive continuous improvements in maintenance and crisis management across client sites in France.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in project and/or operations management with external subcontractors.
• Experience implementing or operating complex industrial systems (mechanical, laser, precision equipment).
• Engineering degree (Industrial Maintenance or equivalent).
• ITIL certification is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English and French (Spanish is an advantage).
