Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group is seeking a server to provide friendly, responsive service and create an exceptional dining experience in a brunch-forward setting. You will embody the brunch lifestyle and aim to turn guests into loyal Ruby fans.

Role requires basic dining room knowledge, math skills for money handling, and the ability to work up to 10-hour shifts standing. Days-only work is available with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly and responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience.
• Embodies brunch life and creates raving Ruby fans.
• Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our Guests.
• Must have basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures.
• Possess basic math skills and can responsibly handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
• Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays weighing up to 20–25lbs.

• Deliver the brunch experience by embodying the Ruby Krewe vibe.
• Assist guests with menu queries and meal recommendations.
• Handle payments accurately and operate the POS system.

Job Summary:

Provide friendly and responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all our guests. Each server’s primary objective is to embody that brunch life and give our guests a little lagniappe to create those raving Ruby fans!

What does it take to be a Ruby Krewe Member?

A firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better!

Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our Guests

Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions

Possess basic math skills and can responsibly handle money and operate a point-of-sale system

Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)

Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25lbs
