Chamonix Casino & Hotel is seeking a dedicated server/guest service associate in a fast-paced environment. You will greet and seat guests, present menus, describe specials, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely, high-quality service. Experience with POS systems and 1+ year in a reputable establishment is preferred.

• Guest Service: Deliver exceptional, personalized dining experiences by taking accurate orders, explaining menu details, and collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service in a fast-paced environment.
• Guest Service: Greet and seat guests, present menus, share daily specials, and anticipate dining needs.
• Order Management: Explain ingredients, check food allergies, take precise orders, and input them into the POS system.
• Food Delivery: Coordinate with the kitchen to serve orders simultaneously, efficiently, and with appealing presentation.
• Table Maintenance: Conduct satisfaction checks, replenish drinks, clear dishes, and reset tables promptly.
• Payment Processing: Present bills and process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Teamwork & Compliance: Attend pre-shift meetings, support teammates during rushes, and strictly follow safety, health, and Colorado Limited Gaming Act regulations.
