Chamonix Casino & Hotel in Cripple Creek, Colorado is seeking a friendly guest service professional to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will greet guests, take accurate orders, coordinate with the kitchen and POS system, and ensure timely service with a clean, inviting dining area. Experience in serving preferred; evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

• Experience: 1 year of recent serving experience preferred.
• Skills: strong multitasking, friendly communication, time management, basic math for handling payments.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional dining experiences by taking accurate orders, explaining menu details, and coordinating with the kitchen.
• Greet and seat guests, present menus, share daily specials, and anticipate dining needs.
• Explain ingredients, check allergies, take precise orders, and input them into the POS system.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to serve orders with good presentation and timing.
• Conduct satisfaction checks, replenish drinks, clear dishes, and reset tables promptly.
• Present bills and process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Attend pre-shift meetings, support teammates during rushes, and follow safety regulations.

• Reliability: Punctual, consistent attendance and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Schedule: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including routine evenings, weekends, and holidays.
