Sugar Champagne Bar, an upscale fine dining establishment, is seeking a passionate Server Assistant to join our team and help deliver a memorable guest experience. You will support the wait staff, maintain clean and presentable dining areas, assist with service, restock supplies, and ensure a smooth flow of beverages and meals while adhering to health and safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Maintain knowledge of Sugar Champagne Bar’s brand, culture, and products.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of dining areas, ensuring they are clean, presentable, and fully equipped.
• Support the wait staff by refilling water glasses, and other table essentials.
• Clear dirty dishes and reset tables promptly for incoming guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the dining room, service stations, and restrooms.
• Assist with the delivery of food and beverages, ensuring all items are presented neatly.
• Help with the stocking and restocking of supplies such as napkins, silverware, glassware, etc.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient flow of service by communicating effectively with the kitchen and wait staff.
• Monitor the cleanliness of dining areas and address any needs promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to health and safety standards, ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
• Be proactive in supporting team members and anticipating guests' needs to enhance the dining experience.

Known for its luxury ingredients such as caviar and champagne, we offer an extensive selection of champagne, craft cocktails, fine wines, and expertly curated caviar pairings, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Server Assistant to join our team, dedicated to bringing these experiences to life! You play an essential role in maintaining a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Sugar Champagne Bar’s brand, culture, and products.

• Removing any and all trash from behind the bar.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Sit, walk, and stand continuously.
• Lift/carry 25 lbs (frequently) and 50 lbs (occasionally).
• Bend, squat, crawl, and reach above shoulder level.
• Use dominant hand coordination for simple grasping, pushing/pulling, and fine manipulation.
