Aon plc in France seeks a Senior Workplace Services Manager to lead the workplace services function and team across the country, driving service excellence, safety and client focus in Paris and beyond.

You will guide national teams (outsourced and insourced), champion continuous improvement, manage Real Estate projects, and support strategic transformation initiatives with a strong emphasis on governance, budgets, and performance visibility.

Qualifications

• Have worked as a Facilities lead for a minimum of 5 years in corporate or professional service firm
• Experience working in corporate real estate or a facilities management company
• Procurement experience is required
• Demonstrated experience in managing midsized teams and projects
• Experience of change management leadership
• Experience in delivering large scale change programmes an advantage
• Skills should include organisational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning
• Excellent people skills, with an ability to lead and support a dynamic leadership team
• Successful track record of working in international corporate businesses

Senior Workplace Services Manager

In this role, you’ll lead Aon’s workplace services and team in France, driving service excellence and a strong client focus. You’ll guide the national team (both oursourced and insourced) in stakeholder engagement, champion continuous improvement through industry best practices, and ensure consistent implementation of standard procedures. You’ll also play a key role in supporting the leadership team with strategic transformation initiatives.
