Aon in Paris is seeking a seasoned Facilities leader to guide the workplace services and team across France, ensuring high performance and strict compliance. You will lead strategic, tactical and operational efforts, manage real estate projects, and drive continuous improvement for a diverse, international client base.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Facilities lead in corporate or professional service firms.
• Experience in corporate real estate or facilities management.
• Procurement experience required.
• Experience leading midsized teams and projects.
• Experience in change management leadership.
• Experience delivering large-scale change programmes is an advantage.
• Skills: organisational development, personnel management, budgeting, strategic planning.
• Excellent people skills to lead a dynamic leadership team.
• Proven track record in international corporate businesses.

In this role, you’ll lead Aon’s workplace services and team in France, driving service excellence and a strong client focus. You’ll guide the national team (both oursourced and insourced) in stakeholder engagement, champion continuous improvement through industry best practices, and ensure consistent implementation of standard procedures. You’ll also play a key role in supporting the leadership team with strategic transformation initiatives.

• Have worked as a Facilities lead for a minimum of 5 years in corporate or professional service firm
• Experience working in corporate real estate or a facilities management company
• Procurement experience is required
• Demonstrated experience in managing midsized teams and projects
• Experience of change management leadership
• Experience in delivering large scale change programmes an advantage
• Skills should include organisational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning
• Excellent people skills, with an ability to lead and support a dynamic leadership team
• Successful track record of working in international corporate businesses
