Notified, Your Story Begins Here, is a leading technology partner for investor relations and public relations professionals. You will join the Senior Webcast Managers team to design, plan, and deliver end-to-end webcast and virtual event experiences for high-profile clients.

Based in Paris, you will work onsite with option to work from home, coordinating content, tech setups, run-of-show, and live support to ensure flawless client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French, with strong written and spoken communication.
• 3+ years in digital media, webcasting or content production.
• 3+ years of project management experience and multitasking ability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Manage project timelines and deliverables for webcast programs.
• Configure, test, and support webcast and virtual events.
• Prepare and upload event content including presentations, audio, and video.
• Provide live event support and issue resolution to ensure quality.

Summary

The Senior Webcast Managers are a uniquely positioned team within Notified. Not only are they the face of the company when providing end-to-end event streaming experience, they also have the technical knowledge to advise our clients on the best approach to deliver ever more complex events.

You will work with our own market-leading streaming platforms to plan, set up, execute, and follow up on the events. Some events will require you to prepare and manage technology and content production onsite. Some events will have you plan and execute the run of show entirely online with speakers from several locations. Every event will have been thoroughly set up and tested to ensure success.

Some days will need extraordinarily hard work. Quite a few days will test your skills and nerves in new ways. Every day will be spent on helping our clients succeed in producing their mission critical communication and with finding ways of making our clients’ business prosper.

Location

This role will be based in our office, located at 4 rue Charras, 75009 Paris. This role offers in person collaboration and flexibility to work from home.

What Part You Will Play In Our Growth

• Manage project timelines and track key milestones and deliverables
• Configure, test, and support webcast and virtual event delivery
• Prepare and upload event content, including presentations, audio, and video assets
• Provide live event support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a high-quality experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and manage event contingencies
• Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
• Participate in client meetings, identify risks, and recommend improvements to enhance event success

Required Knowledge And Skills

• Being fluent English and French
• 3+ years of experience in digital media, webcasting, video production or content production, or multimedia web design required
• 3+ years of project management experience required
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects at various stages of the lifecycle
• Ability to keep up to date on virtual event technology
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, multi-lingual is a plus.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task
• Ability to be innovative and think outside of the box
• Ability to handle frequent change
• Comfortable interacting with clients at all levels of an organization
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite of Applications – Photoshop& Premiere Pro – required
• Video encoding and editing is desirable.
• Knowledge/Experience of Live Streaming / On-Demand Streaming desirable
