Notified, the only technology partner dedicated to both investor relations and public relations professionals, seeks a Senior Webcast Manager in Paris. You will plan, set up, execute, and follow up on events, with on-site and online delivery, ensuring a flawless experience for clients.

Work with market-leading platforms, manage content production, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver mission-critical communications and help clients prosper.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French.
• 3+ years in digital media, webcasting, video production, or multimedia web design.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects at various stages.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
• Experience with Live Streaming / On-Demand Streaming is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage project timelines and track key milestones and deliverables.
• Configure, test, and support webcast and virtual event delivery.
• Prepare and upload event content, including presentations, audio, and video assets.
• Provide live event support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a high-quality experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and manage event contingencies.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Participate in client meetings, identify risks, and recommend improvements to enhance event success.
