Notified, the Notified division affiliate of Equiniti, is seeking a Senior Webcast Manager in Paris to lead end-to-end event streaming. You will plan, set up, execute, and follow up on events, onsite or online, coordinating content, tech, and teams to deliver high-quality experiences for clients.

The role involves in-person collaboration with optional remote work, requiring strong multilingual communication and client-facing skills in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French.
• 3+ years of digital media, webcasting, video production or content production experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects through lifecycle.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro is required.
• Video encoding and editing is desirable.
• Experience with Live Streaming / On-Demand Streaming is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage project timelines and track milestones and deliverables.
• Configure, test, and support webcast and virtual event delivery.
• Prepare and upload event content (presentations, audio, video).
• Provide live event support and troubleshoot issues for quality experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and manage contingencies.
• Build relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
• Participate in client meetings, identify risks, and suggest improvements to events.
