Parloa is seeking a Senior Value Engineer to own the financial narrative behind its largest enterprise deals in Paris. You will shape how customers quantify value, build CFO-grade ROI models, and translate analytics into clear business outcomes across Sales and Engineering.

You will lead value engagements, craft compelling business cases, and enable teams to drive value-driven conversations with executive stakeholders, influencing pricing and deal framing.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in value consulting, value engineering, or commercial advisory.
• Proven ROI models and business cases for enterprise deals.
• Strong financial modeling, e.g. NPV/IRR/TCO/payback, with real-time updates.
• Experience in multi-stakeholder enterprise sales with ambiguity and pressure.
• Ability to translate analysis into clear, compelling narratives for executives.

Responsabilités

• Lead value engagements across the sales cycle from framing to post-live validation.
• Build CFO-grade ROI models quantifying impact on cost, productivity, revenue, and CX.
• Facilitate value discovery sessions with senior stakeholders and translate priorities.
• Develop value-led frameworks, narratives, and tooling for Sales and Solution Engineering.
• Support high-priority deals and lighthouse accounts with value storytelling.
