Celonis is seeking a Senior Value Engineer to guide customers in achieving strategic goals and measurable value using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.

You will own the end-to-end value journey, collaborate with Sales, Services, and partners, and drive adoption across industries. The role blends deep process knowledge with strong consulting and analytical skills at a fast-growing tech company.

Qualifications

• Experience in an analytical role to demonstrate or secure value through data analysis and process improvement.
• Customer-facing experience in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering or IT/Management Consulting with a SaaS provider.
• Knowledge of business software/SaaS, RPA, BI tools, dashboards, and collaboration with IT teams.
• Experience with project management across multiple accounts and value journeys.
• Executive stakeholder management and strong communication skills.
• Industry expertise in Finance or Supply Chain and strategic transformation initiatives.
• Degree in Technology & Management or related fields.

Responsabilités

• Translate customer objectives into value assessments or proofs of value, and build Celonis demos and business cases.
• Lead value workshops and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives.
• Manage end-to-end customer value journey: landing, expanding, adopting and renewing.
• Develop strategic expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a transformation platform.
