HSBC in Paris seeks a Trade and Transaction Regulatory Reporting professional to coordinate controls across Paris and offshore teams, ensuring accurate reporting to regulators (Emir, Mifid, SFTR, MMSR) and implementing an oversight framework. You will monitor reconciliations, QA, and matching, while driving improvements in the control environment and testing for regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in market activities, including derivatives and securities.
• Strong experience in transaction and trade reporting to regulators (Emir, Mifid, SFTR, MMSR).
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and escalate as needed.
• Proven capability to advise management and compliance services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French; German helpful.

Responsabilités

• Oversee controls for trade and transaction reporting and improve monitoring.
• Support the local reporting manager in regulatory data and solutions.
• Ensure continuity of BAU and identify reporting risks.
• Trace issues to management and implement control improvements.
