Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking in Paris is seeking a Market Operations Manager for Trade Support in the Global Market Operations team. You will manage TRS bookings, returns, and related financing activities, while supporting FO to BO processes in a high‑volume, international environment.

The role requires at least 5 years in front office support, expertise in equity products, and familiarity with Sophis/Summit; VBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Trained in finance with at least 5 years in front office support.
• Experience with equity products and market activities; FO to BO processing chain.

Responsabilités

• Manage booking of TRS (Total Return Swaps) and related activities.
• Oversee TRS returns, pay-offs, coupons, and valuations.
• Control OST transactions (restriking) and related processes.
• Monitor the FO to BO workflow and improve tools to optimise the chain.
• Assist traders in position management and tracking of events.
• Propose process improvements to reduce manual interventions by Trade Support.
