Snyk is seeking a Senior Technical Success Manager to be the strategic heartbeat for our top-tier enterprise customers in France and Northern Europe. You will shape security programs across DevSecOps, turning security into an enabler and guiding leaders through complex transformations.

You’ll build trusted relationships, design onboarding programs, collaborate with Product, Sales and Support, and present data-driven business reviews to illustrate ROI and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role with executives and technologists.
• Experience with Enterprise customers in Northern Europe is a plus.
• Fluency in French and English required.

Responsabilités

• Orchestrate long-term enterprise visions for security workflows.
• Build trusted relationships with customer engineering and security leaders.
• Design onboarding programs and guide adoption of Snyk products.
• Advocate for customer needs with Product, Sales and Support.
• Lead strategic business reviews with data-backed ROI insights.
• Coordinate internal/external resources to remove adoption barriers.
