StrangeBee, a European cybersecurity software company, is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to own recruitment end-to-end, from needs with managers to making offers. You will rebuild and scale the function as the company expands into North America for sales roles.

You will lead interviews, shape sourcing strategies for niche profiles (cybersecurity, incident response), partner with Marketing on employer branding, and build durable processes such as scorecards and interview frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience building a recruitment function or employer brand from scratch.
• Passion for employer branding and creating content to attract talent.
• Experience sourcing niche technical profiles in cybersecurity or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles with high-quality results.
• Creative autonomy in sourcing and collaboration with Marketing.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Comfortable challenging managers when needed.

Responsabilités

• Own recruitment end-to-end from needs clarification to offer.
• Manage a live pipeline of 7-8 roles, mostly cybersecurity/technical.
• Build a sourcing strategy for niche profiles beyond usual channels.
• Prepare for North America hiring for sales roles.
• Co-build employer branding with Marketing and cyber communities.
• Lead interviews and assess skills, potential, and fit.
• Make offers within salary grids.
• Build recruitment tools and processes (scorecards, frameworks, reporting).
• Develop talent pools to anticipate scarcity.
• Be the internal reference for recruitment and attractiveness.
