Palmetto seeks a Senior Systems Administrator to lead Core Systems, scale our SaaS ecosystem, and drive automation with a cloud-first mindset. You will own key systems, implement AI-powered improvements, and mentor the team to accelerate secure, scalable operations.

Reporting to the Manager, Core Systems, you will collaborate on IT strategy, governance, and integrations across Jira/Confluence, Google Workspace, and middleware platforms, while advancing security and compliance.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of Systems Administration, IT engineering, or similar roles.
• Hands-on SaaS administration and ecosystem management.
• Experience with API integrations and middleware platforms.
• Knowledge of identity management (SSO, SAML, SCIM) and ITIL basics.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary administrator and technical owner for core systems.
• Architect and lead projects to improve business operations.
• Design automation for onboarding/offboarding and support workflows.
• Support security, compliance, and governance initiatives.
• Mentor junior staff and drive IT-related AI initiatives.
• Implement scalable system integrations and maintain API governance.
