Jobtailor is seeking an experienced IT Operations Lead in Paris to ensure reliable day-to-day IT operations and top-grade user support. You will manage the Mac fleet, onboarding, maintenance, and lifecycle management while coordinating access and permissions across Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Jira, and other tools.

Reporting to the CIO, you will drive security posture, SIEM monitoring, and audits (ISO, SOC 2), formalize IT processes in Confluence/Notion, and lead IT transformation projects

• 3 to 10 years of experience in internal IT.
• Experience in a SaaS / scale-up environment.
• Advanced Google Workspace administration skills.
• Expertise in IAM and permissions management.

Responsabilités

• Ensure reliable day-to-day IT operations and manage user support.
• Manage the Mac fleet, onboarding, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
• Manage access, accounts, groups, and permissions across Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Jira, and other tools.
• Handle internal N2/N3 IT incidents and provide VIP support when necessary.
• Manage Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes and structure roles and access rights.
• Lead internal IT access reviews.
• Ensure endpoint security and compliance in line with CIS standards.
• Maintain and monitor the SIEM, and triage and manage security events.
• Implement policies defined with the CISO.
• Manage MDM using Jamf / JumpCloud.
• Contribute to ISO and SOC 2 audits.
• Formalize and document IT processes in Confluence / Notion.
• Ensure the security of internal IT applications, including hardening, reviews, and backups.
• Integrate and streamline SaaS tools.
• Establish and monitor metrics such as SLAs and inventory.
• Participate in the selection of new tools.
• Manage the hardware fleet, SaaS licenses, IT costs, tool mapping, and shadow IT.
• Anticipate needs, maintain a high level of security, and contribute to scalable IT practices.
• Work under the direction of the CIO and lead IT transformation projects.
