Zusammenfassung

ASM in France seeks a Supply Chain Planner – Customer Engagement & Engineering to serve as the linkage between customers, engineering, operations and supply chain, ensuring material availability, demand fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.

You will own demand planning, inventory optimization, supply risk management and collaborate closely with engineering on NPI and ECOs, while driving data analytics, KPI tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, operations management, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, customer service, operations, or engineering support.
• Experience in a customer-facing or cross-functional planning role.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, demand planning, and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain demand, supply, and inventory plans to support customer requirements and meet SLA’s.
• Analyze performance metrics, monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
• Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and suppliers to ensure uninterrupted material flow.
• Act as the primary contact for assigned customers and manage escalations effectively to drive customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and communication.
• Conduct regular customer reviews to understand demand trends, forecast changes, and business requirements while communicating order status, material constraints, lead times, and recovery plans.
• Support strategic customer programs and long-term planning activities.
• Partner with engineering teams on product lifecycle management activities and drive cross‑functional technical reviews and project meetings.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and Engineering Change Order (ECO) implementation.
• Evaluate supply chain impacts of design changes and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Develop forecasting and demand analysis reports.
• Track and report KPIs; identify trends and implement corrective actions to improve supply chain efficiency.
